FALLBROOK PEOPLE TO PEOPLE VOLUNTEERS
|
Never doubt that a small group of committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has. --Margaret Mead |
The many accomplishments of Fallbrook People to People Services over the years would not have been possible without the caring, dedicated service of our volunteers. Their generous contributions have improved many lives throughout the North County.
Our volunteers help their often underserved, fellow citizens find meaningful employment and facilitate home care support that allows many of our seniors to lead more fulfilled, comfortable lives.
Typically, each volunteer works three hours a week, taking job orders from employers, interviewing job applicants and matching those seeking work with employment opportunities. A very easy to use computer system is available to help day-to-day operations run smoothly. If you are comfortable with computers, great. If not, no problem. There are lots of ways to help. All new volunteers receive one-on-one training until they become comfortable with the tasks at hand.
If you are interested in exploring spending a few hours to make a difference in the lives of others, just call (760) 728-0175 or drop by the office during business hours for more information. We think you’ll be glad you did.
Please meet our office manager, Healthcare Service Coordinator and the incredible volunteer team…
